Rob Sparrow grew up on Long Island, New York and has relocated here in Santa Barbara, California. Rob attended Boston University for both his undergraduate and masters degree. There he received his bachelors in Health Science and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. After completing his studies, he began working at North Shore Plainview Hospital on Long Island as an inpatient physical therapist. For three years at the hospital the majority of his patients were from orthopedic, oncology, and general medicine floors.

 Rob then ventured to California as a Travel Physical Therapist to expand his skills and pursue a manual out-patient orthopedic experience. After six months as a travel therapist, he decided to look for a permanent job in Santa Barbara. Rob is dedicated and passionate about giving the best quality care to achieve success for his patients and have them maximize their functional potential. Rob feels he has an opportunity of a lifetime to work with such skilled manual orthopedic therapists at Hayashida & Associates Physical Therapy.
