Pilates is an exercise program which emphasizes strengthening the core muscles of the abdomen and back utilizing either apparatus or mat training. Our Pilates program is run by Sabrina Bell-Bonadeo, a licensed physical therapy assistant, who will customize sessions based on each client's individual needs and goals. Pilates sessions begin with an individual assessment and are followed by private, semi private or group sessions. This program is ideal for a wide range of ages and abilities that are looking for a great trunk stabilizing workout to improve sports performance or just enhancing overall strength and fitness.
