Strength and Conditioning Class
Goleta Location: Mon/Wed 6:30-7:30pm
Santa Barbara Location: Tue/Thur 10:00-11:00am
Improve your strength, stamina, stability and flexibility for increased energy and healthier living. This class is a great way to continue making progress once you have reached your functional movement goals with physical therapy. All levels are welcome, you will be challenged.
Golf Performance Enhancement Class
Goleta Location: Mon/Wed 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm
Factors like strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, stability, power, vision and posture all influence the body's mechanics during the golf swing. Utilizing our physical screening process, we measure your ability to generate and transfer speed. We will isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your swing technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program to make you the most efficient player possible.
Sports Performance and Conditioning Class
Goleta Location: Mon/Wed 3:30-4:30pm
Moderate to high-level dynamic training for improved speed, agility and power and overall conditioning. Boost your sport performance whether you are a competitive athlete or a recreational player. This class is great for people after ACL reconstruction (must be at least 6 months post-op)
The Balancing Act
Goleta Location: Tue/Thu 5:00-6:00pm
This class focuses on balance exercises done while standing using body weight and light resistance to improve flexibility and balance control. It will incorporate movements from yoga and chi gong, along with core strengthening exercises in various positions emphasizing flexibility, and full body movements.
Chi Gong and Meditation
Goleta Location: Tue/Thu 6:00-7:00pm
Chi Gong consists of techniques for improving energy flow in order to connect the body and spirit. It is a form of exercise that focuses on breathing, concentration, and physical movements to help relieve pain, strengthen the body, improve body awareness, and incorporates more movement into one’s life.
