Core Conditioning Class
Instructor: Chris Ecklund, MA, CSCS
Cost: $25 per class OR $160 per month
Core Conditioning is a Circuit Training based program for individuals that are seeking functional training to both stay active in a sport or an athletic activity as well as those who desire the type of improvement that the gym workout cannot provide. This class will improve your agility, stability, balance, explosiveness and core strength. If you are an athlete this program can be used as a preseason, in-season or off-season program for improving strength and power endurance.
Pilates Mat Class
Instructor: Sabrina Bell-Bonadeo, LPTA
Cost: $25 per class OR $160 per month
The Pilates Fundamentals Mat Class focuses on trunk strength, flexibility, and learning how to move using a strong core. There is a great deal of personal attention given as a limit of up to 8 students is permitted. Therefore, this class is adapted to each person's ability. Persons ending their physical therapy treatment or newly discharged patients have a unique advantage when enrolled in these classes because it enables them to bridge the strenth, coordination, and balance needed before entering a larger group Pilates class or returning to their own favorite sport. In addition, these classes can act to prevent an injurty while active in a sport because of the type of strengthening exercises performed.
Athletic Performance Class
Instructor: Kevin Gregory, CSCS,*D
Cost: $25 per class OR $160 per month
This class is for anyone who wants to improve their health. It focuses on movement based training in a class environment. We focus on the four pillars of athletic performance: stabilization, strength, agility and power. This class is for athletes who are training for their upcoming season or for the general population wanting to get leaner and stronger. Whatever your goal, you will attain it here.
